Education & Entrepreneurship

India is a land of entrepreneurs who have always identified social needs and made fortune out of it. The entrepreneurship spirit is an integral part of the country and I see structured education system can further boost entrepreneurship in country. We have undertaken few initiatives at GLS University to promote education of entrepreneurship as follow.

1. I feel proud to head, LEAF (Leadership Entrepreneurship and Acceleration Foundation) - a TBI supported by Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. LEAF is also the nodal institute of the Government of Gujarat to promote new enterprises through the State Startup assistance programme, and is entrusted as a disbursement agency of State government funds to the Startups in the region of Ahmadabad.
We have major emphasis on entrepreneurship and vocational skill based education in various courses taught at university.
